Rug Finishing Options
SERGING
"Serging" is yarn wrapped around the edge of the rug and it protects and hides the raw edge of the rug. It's formal serging is about 3/8" to 1/2" wide.
WIDE BINDING
Wide binding is a cotton tape edging that shows 1.25" or 2.25" of material on the face of the rug.
LAPPED CORNER
A style of corner that folds across the edge of the rug.
BLIND STITCH
Blind Stitch hides all stitching and displays diagonal creases on each corner. You can customize the amount of material showing on the face of rug. Blind Stitch can be constructed with leather, cotton, or other fabrics.
MITERED CORNER
A style of corner that joins the border material at a 45 degree angle.
